At Environmental Resources Management (ERM), we are committed to sustainability. As a Global Benefits Manager, you will play a key role in our efforts to operationalize sustainability at pace and scale.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits across multiple regions. The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant area or significant experience in international/global benefits management.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.

About the Job

This role will involve leading global benefits projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and local compliance. You will work closely with regional reward teams to support the design and delivery of benefit and retirement programs.

You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing global employee benefit programs across all regions. This includes staying current with regulatory changes and ensuring benefits programs comply with applicable local, regional, and international regulations.
