Global Employee Benefits Lead

Elite Associates is seeking a Global Employee Benefits Lead to join their EMEA team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this position, you will be responsible for leading employees' benefits reviews and benchmarks at country level, including benefits renewals and implementation of new benefits.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead employees' benefits reviews and benchmarks at country level, including benefits renewals and implementation of new benefits.
- Liaise with external vendors and brokers to understand local benefits market practices, legal requirements, and tax implications.
- Perform detailed analysis on existing programs and processes, providing recommendations for enhancement to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Advise and provide training and guidance to regional HR/payroll colleagues and management on benefit policy.
As a Global Employee Benefits Lead, you will have solid experience in European or global compensation roles, with particular exposure to benefits. You should also have experience working with benefits brokers (Mercer, AON, Willis Towers Watson, etc.) and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to consolidate data into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards. Our competitive salary range is £75,000 - £95,000 per annum, depending on experience.
