SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000, with competitive bonus payments and over 50 benefits in our employee benefits package.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing consulting and project management services to clients on flexible benefit implementation and renewal projects. As the consulting and project lead, you will work closely with clients to define their reward strategy and agree the project scope.
You will be responsible for managing the project, including creating a project plan and toolkit, guiding clients through the implementation or renewal process, and identifying and documenting data interfaces. Additionally, you will facilitate reviews and feedback sessions, document all processes related to Edenred services, and prepare an end-of-project debrief.
This is a full-time role on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Extensive knowledge of the employee benefits marketplace
- Excellent project management skills and experience of managing large complex schemes
- Strong client-facing consultancy skills
- Ability to work accurately, consistently, and under pressure
