The Role:

We seek an experienced Benefits Specialist to join our EMEA & APAC Benefits team. This person will oversee and administer employee benefits programs in multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing benefits programs, including renewals, utilisation analysis, and vendor management.
  • Assisting employees with benefit enrolment, explaining options, and answering questions.
  • Maintaining accurate benefits records, processing enrolments, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, accident, and death claims.
  • Designing and distributing materials for benefits orientations, open enrolment, and summary plan descriptions.
  • Addressing and resolving employee issues with benefits or providers.
  • Developing company policies on employee benefits and reviewing program effectiveness.
  • Educating and training the HR team on benefits-related processes.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in benefits management.
  • Previous experience in a global organisation with excellent IT skills.
  • Possess strong communication skills, analytical data analysis skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Takes a proactive approach to building relationships across various locations and levels within the organisation.
  • Able to prioritise and self-manage workload in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
