About the Position:

You will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations and benefits administration across all payroll countries.

  • Assist the HR Director and Finance Director with the company benefits programs to meet the needs of a diverse and distributed workforce.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including contracts, salary adjustments, and benefits elections.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Proven experience in the administration of payroll in the UK and other European countries.
