About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Employee Benefits Specialist to join our team at S3 Associates Ltd. As an Employee Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing employee benefits strategies that drive engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee benefits and experience in HR Tech. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing employee benefits strategies that align with business objectives
  • Managing and executing employee communications and events
  • Creating multimedia assets to support campaigns, including copywriting and briefing design
  • Supporting client advocacy strategy and integrated communications plan to demonstrate impact and ROI
  • Managing client channel execution: email, social, client hub
  • Supporting B2B client events, including webinars/ in-person advocacy roundtables and annual awards
  • Collaborating with the marketing and client team to create and implement strategic campaigns
  • Analysing campaign data to identify trends, optimise strategies, and improve results

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 2+ years' experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role
  • Employee benefits or HR Tech experience (required)
  • Experienced in HubSpot CRM and understanding of Umbraco
  • End-to-end campaign management experience (full-funnel marketing)
  • Knowledge of the most effective marketing tools for client communications and engagement
  • Copywriting experience and the ability to work with internal/external content and creative teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Hubspot)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive basic salary of £45,000 plus KPI bonus, share options, 25 days annual leave, and an attractive benefits package.
