We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist to join our EMEA Benefits team in London. As a key member of the team, you will drive the benefits agenda and support benefit programs in the EMEA region, including retirement, health & welfare programs/projects, and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage benefits vendors and handle case escalations
  • Communicate with employees and answer benefits-related questions
  • Work with procurement partners on contract reviews/renewals and invoice reconciliations
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improve benefits programs

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in benefits administration and advisory roles
  • Familiarity with benefits programs and local regulations in the UK and other EMEA locations
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
