Reward Manager

  • Type: Permanent
  • Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, including car allowance and bonus potential
  • Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in London office)

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Oakleaf Partnership. This role is ideal for experienced Senior Reward Analysts or Reward Analysts looking to progress into a management position.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Reward on annual reward processes, including salary reviews and bonus implementation.
  • Lead benefits renewals, introduce new benefits, and oversee their successful implementation.
  • Oversight of bonus calculations, communications, and reporting.
  • Coordinate salary and benefits surveys to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking exercises using Willis Towers Watson methodology.
  • Engage closely with senior stakeholders and the leadership team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support international teams with reward-related requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Reward on various reward projects.
About the Position:
  • Experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with a focus on employee benefits.
  • Strong understanding of reward strategies and practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and analytical tools.
