Employee Benefits Consultant

At Rewardgateway, we're seeking a highly skilled Employee Benefits Consultant to lead our Flexible Benefit implementation and renewal projects. As a Project Management Lead, you'll work closely with clients to define their reward strategy and deliver complex schemes.
SalaryThe salary for this role is £52,000 per annum, plus benefits. You'll also have the opportunity to earn bonus payments for life events, such as pet adoption or retirement.
About the RoleIn this role, you'll provide consultancy services to clients, including project management and benefits administration. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining client reward strategies and agreeing project scope
- Managing projects from initiation to closure
- Guiding clients through flexible benefits implementation and online total reward solutions
You'll work closely with account management teams to build relationships with clients and hand over projects to the appropriate team upon completion.
Required SkillsWe're looking for someone with excellent project management skills, extensive knowledge of the employee benefits marketplace, and strong client-facing consultancy experience. You should be able to work accurately, consistently, and under pressure, with a commitment to quality and customer service.
