We're seeking a skilled Reward Manager to lead the development of an engaging and competitive reward strategy, collaborating with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to ensure our rewards align with our business strategy and meet the diverse needs of our workforce.

The Role:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy covering compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure our offerings remain competitive and equitable.
  • Lead the annual salary review and bonus processes ensuring fairness and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy
    • Design and manage incentive programs including short- and long-term plans to drive performance and engagement.
    • Align reward programs with performance management frameworks ensuring employees are recognized for their contributions.
  • Benefits Innovation
    • Evaluate and enhance employee benefits packages considering industry trends and employee feedback.
    • Introduce innovative perks and benefits to meet the diverse needs of a tech-savvy workforce.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
    • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership ensuring data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in a reward and compensation role.
  • Strong understanding of salary benchmarking, pay structures, and incentive programs.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for creating impactful reward strategies.

Estimated Salary: £95,000 - £110,000 + Bonus

Location: London (Hybrid Working - 3 Days a Week in the Office)
