Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies, covering compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive and equitable.
  • Lead the annual salary review and bonus processes, ensuring fairness and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a reward and compensation role, preferably in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
