**Job Title:** Reward Strategy Director

**Location:** Central London, Hybrid

A highly successful global financial services business is seeking an experienced Global Reward Manager to join their HR team on a 6 month contract.

This role offers hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 at home. The office is located in the City of London, accessible via Bank, Liverpool Street and London Bridge.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of designing and implementing competitive global reward structures that support business objectives and attract top talent across all markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GAP analysis to understand current reward practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Designing a modern, flexible and affordable Total Rewards offering for board consideration
  • Developing and implementing incentive schemes, including bonuses and commission structures
  • Providing data-driven insights on compensation and benefits trends, cost analysis and effectiveness of reward programs
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to advise and influence at board level

Requirements:

  • First-class stakeholder relationship skills and ability to demonstrate leadership and strategy development
  • Experience in leading and designing clear and innovative reward strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: £140,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
