About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Reward Strategy Director to join our team at Alchemy Global Talent Solutions Ltd. in their London office (hybrid). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with compensation studies, managing and adding to clients existing reward strategy, collecting data, analysing findings and creating ideas and solutions to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compensation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their reward needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Explore new opportunities for strategy and data projects within the existing client database.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the reward consulting business.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and reward structures gained in a consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of office and remote work. We offer a competitive benefits package, including a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
