**Key Role Overview**
CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Reward Manager to join their team in Southampton, Hampshire. This permanent role involves shaping and delivering compensation strategies, employee benefits programs, and total reward frameworks under the guidance of the HR Director.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and good knowledge of overall HR processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Reward Policy Management: design, maintenance, and supervision of implementation across the business.
- Benefits Review and Audit: research and externally benchmarking for risk, compliance & reporting management.
- Pay Review Process: lead the annual bonus process for senior managers.
- Reward, Compensation, and Benefits Experience: strong analytical skills.
The salary for this role is estimated at around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include a car allowance and hybrid working model – 2 days offered from home.
