Key Responsibilities

The Portfolio Group is seeking a Reward Strategy Executive to join its People & Organisation team. This dynamic role will see you playing a key part in shaping the company's reward strategy and ensuring that it remains aligned with business objectives.

A salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum is on offer, along with additional benefits such as discretionary bonus, private healthcare, life assurance, and retail discounts.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing reward strategies
  • Managing benefits administration and payroll processes
  • Conducting pay and bonus reviews
  • Grading jobs within the organisation
  • Benchmarking salaries against industry standards

Candidates should have advanced Excel skills and proven experience in compensation and benefit administration.
