We are seeking a highly analytical Reward Manager to join our global organisation listed on the New York and London Stock Exchange.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead cyclical reward processes, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, deliver on reward strategy, and progress your career as a Reward Analyst.

The successful candidate will have experience working with large data sets, excellent data management skills, and advanced excel skills.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Leading annual salary and bonus review process
  2. Providing data to HRBP's and People Managers across the globe
  3. Sole responsibility for recognition platform
  4. Building relationships with senior stakeholders
  5. Supporting creation of reward policy and strategy
  6. Lead on job levelling and benchmarking requests

About the person:

  1. Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  2. Excellent communication skills and relationship building
  3. Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  4. Familiarity with reward strategy and its implementation
  5. Strong excel skills with ability to provide analytical support
