Senior Reward Consultant Opportunity

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Reward Consultant to join our London office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the reward strategies of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compensation studies and develop strategies for growth.
  • Manage and enhance clients' existing reward programs.
  • Collect and analyze data to create solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities for strategy and data projects within our client database.
  • Contribute to project work to secure the development of client reward strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and patterns and their implications on client programs.
  • Support the development and growth of the reward consulting business.
  • Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members.

Requirements
  • Proven expertise in compensation and reward structures, gained in a consulting environment.
  • Able to find creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
