  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for all reward programs.
  • Collaborate with HR sub-functions to develop an employee value proposition that attracts and retains top talent.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical compensation and benefits roles within a corporate environment.
  • A proven track record of analyzing data and presenting insights to inform business decisions.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and empowering teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence stakeholders and negotiate agreements.
