The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative reward solutions for clients, working closely with the business to create bespoke programmes that meet their unique needs and culture.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
  • Design and implement tailored reward strategies that align with clients' business objectives and enhance their reputation.
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality reward solutions, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to leverage expertise and best practices, driving innovation and excellence in reward solutions.
  • Manage and develop a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in reward consulting, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects and driving business growth.
  • Excellent technical expertise in reward, with a deep understanding of reward strategies, programmes, and policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop creative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
