About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Management Intern to join our team at Amazon. As a Sales Account Management Intern, you will be responsible for supporting deals and promotions by working closely with local sales teams. This role involves deal validation, creation, audit, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with multiple local sales teams to support submitted deals and promotions
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for process improvement, including driving automation and increasing team efficiency
  • Developing and tracking key performance metrics using Excel and other internal systems
  • Supporting event operations from deal sourcing to performance reporting
  • Negotiating and selling Amazon features, providing primary post-sales general and technical support to third-party sellers

Requirements

  • Prior experience in global e-commerce business is preferred
  • Proficient in using Excel and data analyst skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work proactively on tasks and commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2025

The estimated salary for this role is around SGD $3500 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.
