Amazon UK Services Ltd. is a leading innovator in the Operations and Logistics space, seeking an experienced New Business Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves driving revenue growth, adoption, and shipper satisfaction for our product in the UK market. As a key member of our sales team, you will build trustful partnerships with customers, source and close new business leads, and measure performance to identify areas for improvement.

You will work closely with internal teams, including Product Management and Technical, to understand customer needs and relay market requirements. Additionally, you will track progress, manage obstacles, and achieve objectives through effective analysis and decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in account management, sales, or management consulting, as well as knowledge of databases or CRM tools. Experience in supporting and mentoring team members to scale best practices is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue, adoption, and shipper satisfaction for our product
  • Build trustful partnerships with customers and recommend product solutions that fit their business needs
  • Source and close new business leads as well as marketing qualified leads
  • Measure performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams
  • Track your progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
  • Analyse the current purchasing processes and evaluate opportunities for solutions to improve end user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate organization performance
  • Drive and accelerate spend adoption through advising customers on best practices for using our product
  • Seek opportunities to expand business relationship across other Amazon entities to drive value for customer
  • Identify prioritisation and trade-offs for meeting adoption and revenue targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Degree
  • Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership
  • Relevant experience in using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
  • Relevant experience leading programmes or projects
  • Relevant experience in account management, sales or management consulting
  • Relevant experience in supporting and mentoring team members to scale best practices
  • Relevant knowledge of databases or CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
Salary

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
