Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this internship is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location. Interns may also be eligible for additional benefits, including competitive pay, impactful project and internship/role deliverables, networking opportunities with fellow interns, internships events such as speaker series, intern panels, Leadership Principles sessions, Amazon writing skills sessions, and mentorship and career development.

Job Description

This internship provides an opportunity to work in one of Amazon's core businesses, including retail, amazon vendor services, merchant services, Prime Video, Prime Now, Amazon Fresh, and Amazon Advertising. As a retail intern in one of these categories, you will learn how Amazon handles its e-commerce retail business, working alongside a vendor manager to help provide a suite of services designed to support Amazon's most strategic brands within one of our retail categories.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work backwards from the customer to identify inputs to grow brands and improve their performance
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Candidates need to be enrolled as a student at the university through all the internship contract
  • Must be graduating in 2026 or 2027
