Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our Amazon Freight team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic portfolios through relationship building, engagement activities, and ensuring a superior customer experience. You will analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, utilize your extensive network of relationships to gather market intelligence, and execute on business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture and grow an existing portfolio of strategic shippers, achieving volume goals with exceptional service.
  • Maintain high engagement levels from strategic customers, proactively identifying challenges they face.
  • Identify and lead complex projects or initiatives to solve customer pain points and enhance experience.
  • Effectively communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing, to diverse audiences, including crafting narratives, business cases, and strategic documentation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Background in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, handling multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Experience setting up and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Proficiency with sales CRM tools, such as Salesforce or similar software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services.
