As a key player in our team, you will develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value clients. You will lead the account management team, ensuring the delivery of tailored transport solutions, and driving revenue growth within your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivate the contract team to deliver excellent service and cleaning standards.
  • Champion staff development across the team.
  • Ensure Quality Audits are conducted as per contractual agreement.
  • Monitor and manage targets set for the Contract Management team.
  • Ensure training and induction is conducted for all staff.
  • Utilize the timegate system for employee wages and recording holidays, sickness, and absenteeism.
  • Attend to disciplinary and grievance issues according to company procedures.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
  • Ensure staff correctly attired and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Report accidents and incidents as per company policy and procedure.
  • Manage site stock levels, material orders, and budgets.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
