Project Administration Specialist

Todd Hayes Ltd seeks a Project Administration Specialist to manage contracts, surveys, and installation volumes. About the Position
As a Project Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating contracts, organizing surveys, and ensuring timely completion of projects. Your duties will include completing pricing according to contract rates, planning production volumes in line with project timelines, and coordinating installation volumes with subcontractors. You will also be the primary point of contact for assigned contracts and will answer all telephone queries. If you are a detail-oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate contracts from start to finish.
- Organize and schedule surveys.
- Complete pricing according to contract rates.
