Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Matthews International. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional clerical assistance, maintain accurate records, and deliver administrative services with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support account managers with administrative tasks such as tracking deliveries, compiling reports, booking couriers, and organizing installations.
  • Maintain a well-organized file system, ensuring all correspondence and records are accurately filed.
  • Assist in scheduling, maintaining calendars, and setting reminders for upcoming events.
  • Perform data entry with confidentiality and understanding of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with staff on special projects as needed and assume additional duties as assigned.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A high degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients.
  • The capacity to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivation with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
