**CAN Ltd** are recruiting for an **Administrative Assistant** to work alongside the Hire Manager in the Chesterfield office, supporting with the delivery of the vehicle fleet and hire services. This is a **full time, permanent** role. A driving licence is required to be able to drive a 3.5t GVM vehicle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.
- Inputting data onto the OnRent hire software and Excel
- Using Eque2 to raise Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Checking the roadworthiness and general conditions of vehicles. When vehicles are returned or go out on hire they will also be checking them over for damage, wear & tear etc, topping up fluids where required.
- Occasional driving of up to 3.5t GVM Vehicles, delivering/collecting welfare vans from various locations around the country.
- Occasional early start/late finishes will be required

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Computer literate in Microsoft office suite
- Willing to drive 3.5t GVM vehicles (Only standard driving license needed)
- Willing to learn and progress
- Good numerically and have attention to detail
- Diligent and resourceful
- Logical and methodical
