We are a small but busy sole practitioner solicitors firm based in North Shields.

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Follow initial file start up procedures including preparing initial paperwork for clients.
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

**Experience**:

- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role. More desirable in a legal setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and phone etiquette.
