Contract Coordinator Job Description
Ashford Commercial are seeking a motivated Contract Coordinator to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the agreed programme is running to schedule and providing excellent customer service to our end customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned contracts.
- Organise and schedule surveys to meet project timelines.
- Complete pricing as per the agreed contract rates and process additional charges according to company requirements.
- Plan production volumes in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate installations with subcontractors and ensure the in-house system is updated with all required information.
- Answer all telephone queries and complete general admin tasks.
- Support the Management team with ad-hoc queries.
Key Skills and Experience
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask activities.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Experience of ensuring programmes are met to the agreed deadlines.
- A team player who will provide support as required to other areas within the team.
Benefits Package
- £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience.
