Job Description
This permanent position involves supporting the sales team by providing clerical assistance, maintaining accurate records, and performing administrative tasks such as tracking deliveries, compiling reports, booking couriers, and organizing installations.
Responsibilities
- Assist account managers with administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and confidential records.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and set reminders for upcoming events.
- Perform data entry tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support staff with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers, colleagues, and external clients.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
- Critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting.
