About the Role
  • Your main responsibilities will include tracking inventory and monitoring supplies to support production schedules.
  • You will also coordinate meetings, take notes, and distribute planning updates as needed to maintain effective communication within the team.
  • In addition, you will provide general administrative support to the planning team, assisting with data entry, filing, and reporting tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is essential for this position.
  • A strong organizational and time management skillset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, are also necessary.
Estimated Salary

We offer an estimated salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
