Working in partnership Lincolnshire East & West Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG) operating from six sites at North Hykeham, Louth, Old Leake, Boston, Wragby and Skegness this service delivers immediate diagnosis and treatment for NHS patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal problems. The service is based upon a flexible, mobile team delivering services closer to their homes and work. Patients are referred to the scheme by their GP and the NHS ERS System.

**What you'll be doing**:
As our Clinical Coordinator, you will cover sites at Boston Parkside Medical Practice and Louth County hospital, providing comprehensive clinical administration service to the unit ensuring that all patients are treated in a professional and courteous manner, endorsing the patient centred approach of the team.

You will also be efficient in ensuring drug supplies are in stock and necessary checks are carried out. You will be experienced in conducting audits, scheduling patients in for appointments and ensuring treatment rooms are adequately stocked, tidy and fit for purpose

The hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week between 0800hrs - 1700hrs, Monday to Friday.

You will be the first contact for our customers and a good telephone manner coupled with a customer orientated approach is essential for this role, as well as:

- Experience of working with the general public
- Administrative work experience
- Excellent administration skills
- Ability to remain calm in difficult/stressful situations and under pressure
- A great team player
- Sound knowledge and understanding of IT and software packages Flexible approach to working hours
