We're seeking a skilled Project Delivery Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients' projects.

As a Project Delivery Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading Project Management Commissions and acting as the key client interface.

You'll work on prestigious infrastructure projects, including transportation, highways, and utilities, and manage commissions of varying sizes, typically within the £10m to £25m range.

Key accountabilities:

  • Project management, including advising at the project inception stage, preparing project requirements, and establishing success criteria.
  • Establishing project governance, processes, and systems, preparing schedules of activity, and managing project development.
  • Developing and implementing resource plans, procuring resources, leading the cross-functional project team, and monitoring project performance.
  • Managing the change control process, developing and agreeing budgets, controlling costs, and managing project information.
  • Identifying and monitoring project risks, planning risk mitigations, preparing project progress reports, and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred NEC 3/4 accreditation
  • Chartered or qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc.

Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
