We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Delivery Specialist to join our team, focusing on the UK housing sector. The successful candidate will take ownership of one or more projects from our portfolio, primarily consisting of new build or refurbishment of affordable housing or social housing. You will work closely with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
A driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK are essential for this role. In return, we offer a competitive basic salary ranging £45-£60k, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, developing excellent time management strategies.
- Act as the principal point of contact with clients and design teams.
- Treat all clients to an exceptional level of service.
- Supervise assistants and apprentices in your team, helping them reach their full potential.
- 5+ years of experience in running projects as a Quantity Surveyor, Cost Consultant, or Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Consultant, or as a Project Manager.
- Experience with measurement software such as CostX Measurement Software or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple social housing projects and deploy efficient working practices.
- A degree or equivalent in a construction-related field, preferably relating to Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or Project Management.
