About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects, from start to finish.
  • This role involves working closely with the Project Manager and Installation Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and to budget.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Lead teams on site, promoting a culture of quality, customer service, professionalism, and discipline.
  3. Work on tools with the installation team, gaining hands-on experience and knowledge of automated processing machinery.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise well.
  • Holds a driving licence.
Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum
