Project Delivery Specialist

AJP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Agile Project Delivery Specialist to lead the delivery of projects in the offshore, marine, oil & gas, renewable and defence sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing agile project delivery plans, including engineering design, procurement, production, commissioning, acceptance and delivery;
  • Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project outcomes;
  • Ensuring project governance and project controls are routinely and robustly applied.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile project delivery methodologies, excellent leadership and communication skills, and extensive experience of leading project teams to deliver complex projects in the offshore, marine, oil & gas, renewable and defence sectors.

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as project management or business administration;
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project delivery, with a focus on the offshore, marine, oil & gas, renewable and defence sectors;
  • Excellent understanding of agile project delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams;
  • Proficient user of software tools, including Planning, PDM and MS Office.
