Agile Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead project teams in delivering safe, on-time, high-quality projects at minimum cost and to client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and management in all aspects of project activities to meet cost, time, and quality requirements.
- Develop effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are identified, assessed, and integrated.
- Work with clients and report to sector managers, responsible for establishing project strategy and delivery.
- Manage project profitability.
- Lead team members in client-facing roles, developing client strategies, and assisting in appointing extended professional teams.
- Develop client briefs, deliver strategies, and lead design management, procurement, and execution of schemes.
- Supervise and develop high-performing teams striving for quality, safety, cost, and schedule improvements.
- Ensure highest health and safety standards throughout project stages.
- Coordinate, plan, and manage internal and external meetings related to the project.
- Drive procurement of services and works required to deliver projects.
- Provide input into client system safety and project risk assessment and management processes.
**Line Management Duties:**
- Review personnel competencies to ensure suitable training, qualifications, and behaviors for their roles.
- Monitor productivity on all works.
- Create and manage high-performing workforces within disciplines.
- Timely deliver key HR activities, including annual salary reviews, appraisals, talent planning, and succession planning.
- Evaluate mandatory e-learning modules and policy updates for self and direct reports.
- Manage recruitment requirements via ATS systems.
- Familiarize with information security projects, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee governance training for direct reports on information security policies and procedures.
- Communicate updates in information security policies and procedures to direct reports.
- Understand security incident and breach reporting and management procedures.
- Day-to-day line management of workforces within sectors or individual projects.
