Guest Services Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Guest Services Leader to join our team at Apex Hotels. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a Guest Services Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
This includes developing and implementing departmental strategies to drive customer performance and excellence delivery, as well as owning the full arrival/in-stay/post-stay services feedback process.
The salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
