Crisis Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Crisis Support Specialist to join our team at Creative Support, a leading provider of social care services. The successful candidate will provide person-centred support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting independence and confidence through a recovery-focused approach.
The Crisis Support Specialist will work in partnership with local agencies to provide a safe and secure environment for individuals reaching crisis point, utilising appropriate de-escalation techniques and supporting clients to manage their own coping strategies.
We are looking for a motivated individual with a warm personality and experience of working with people with mental health needs. A clean driving licence and access to a car are beneficial, but not essential. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly on a rota to meet the needs of the service.
