About the Role

The role is part of our Critical Time Intervention (CTI) team, working across the Liverpool City Region to support prison leavers in securing stable accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centered support to individuals transitioning from prison to accommodation
  • Work within the framework of CTI, providing coaching, mentoring, and learning support to empower individuals in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with statutory and non-statutory services to ensure seamless support and prevent homelessness

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering person-centered support within the criminal justice system
  • Knowledge of issues affecting homeless or vulnerably housed individuals, including mental illness, addiction, and the benefit system
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel
