Cera Care is seeking an experienced and dedicated Compassionate Care Specialist to join our nurse-led team in Liverpool. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in providing care to individuals with Autism, Brain Injury, and other complex needs. You will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a drivers licence and access to a vehicle.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.65-£14.65 per hour, depending on experience. In addition to your hourly rate, you will also have the opportunity to earn extra income through our referral scheme and overtime opportunities.

Our comprehensive nurse-led training programme will ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role. You will also receive support from a dedicated care mentor in your first 12 weeks.
