Care Assistant Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Paisley Court in Liverpool.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role:
- Supporting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Assisting with meal times and ensuring residents' dietary needs are met
- Contributing to the development of personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a warm and welcoming environment
