Care and Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care and Support Specialist at Brook View care home in Fazakerley, Liverpool.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to individuals with varying needs
- Assisting with meal times and ensuring a safe and dignified experience for all residents
- Understanding and meeting the unique health and wellbeing needs of each person
- Encouraging participation in social activities both within and outside the home
- Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect for all individuals
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
