Exemplar Health Care, a leading nursing care provider, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join their team at Brook View care home in Fazakerley, Liverpool. This permanent, full-time position offers flexible hours and a competitive salary of £11.44 - £11.79 per hour.

About the Role

This rewarding role will see you supporting adults living with complex care needs to live their best lives. As a key member of our team, you will provide personal care, assist with meal times, and promote independence and respect for our residents.

You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to understand individual health and wellbeing needs, encouraging participation in social activities both within and outside the home. Your duties will include completing and maintaining accurate care records, ensuring that every resident receives the highest standard of care.
