Job Description:

Cera Care is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services to clients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is estimated at £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide day-to-day supervision and support to care workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver exceptional care.
  • To conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Cera Care's policies and procedures.
  • To work closely with the Branch Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care services.
  • To assist with the recruitment and training of new care workers, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, care workers, and colleagues.
  • A flexible approach to working hours and practices, with an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
