Senior Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to join our team at Atlantis Medical. This role requires an experienced practitioner who will play a critical role in delivering mental health services for children and young people in crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health assessments, intervention, and crisis management.
- Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Offer support to patients, families, and carers.
- Contribute to care planning and risk assessment in line with service standards.
- Liaise with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in crisis response or inpatient mental health settings.
- Strong communication and team-working skills.
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rota.
