We offer 24-hour supported accommodation and emergency crash beds bringing the most vulnerable individuals into a warm and safe space.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling them to provide high-quality support to residents in crisis situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing emotional support and guidance to vulnerable adults
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and supportive environment
- Accurately recording information in case notes and support plans
Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals and understanding of complex issues faced by residents, such as homelessness, harm reduction, drug and alcohol dependency, domestic violence, and mental health
- Natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively with individuals in crisis
- Able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
What We Offer:
