We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in Liverpool. As a Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in a practical and rewarding setting.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and mental health challenges
- Building positive relationships with students to encourage engagement and confidence
- Collaborating with teaching staff and external professionals to support individual development
**Requirements:**
- A degree in Psychology or a related field
- An interest in SEND, child development, or mental health support
**Salary and Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits such as professional development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
