Creative Support, a leading not-for-profit provider of social care services, is proud to be working in partnership with Liverpool City Council, local police force, crisis teams and other agencies to deliver a new night time crisis prevention service for individuals experiencing mental health challenges in the Liverpool area.
Job OverviewWe are recruiting a dedicated Crisis and Recovery Worker to provide person-centred support to people with mental health needs at our new service in Liverpool. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other involved professionals to provide a consistent and coordinated service that maximises outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities- Providing practical and emotional support to service users who may be in or facing mental health crisis.
- Identifying and accessing opportunities with service users to gain independence and confidence.
- Working with service users in a recovery-focused way in line with their support and risk management plans.
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure a seamless service delivery.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of working with people with mental health needs and possess a warm personality, enabling you to work in a person-centred way, even in high-stress situations. A clean driving licence and access to a car are beneficial, as flexibility to work on a rota basis is required to meet the needs of the service.

- A salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum.
