IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-line technical support to our clients. This will include resolving IT issues and requests, escalating where necessary, and providing a professional and personable service to end users.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an IT Support Technician role. You should also have demonstrable experience resolving technical queries, a methodical approach to problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Additionally, you should have a passion for technology and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
